We announce the death of Jack Smith of Lillie, Louisiana, who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 48. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Farmer-Smith and Ruth Farmer-Smith; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Fargis-Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Alanna Jo Berthelot (Phil) and John Fargis-Smith; his niece Amber Sanders (Chelsea); and his great-niece Finn Sanders.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Perry's Funeral Chapel (312 W Oak St, El Dorado, AR 71730).
