He is survived by: his wife Joan Edwards Ratcliff; his children, Beverly Moore (Russell), Sheila Methvien (Donald) and Tommy Ratcliff Sr.; his grandchildren, Tommy Ratcliff Jr., Eddie Smith, Michael Smith, Ashley Smith, Joni Ratcliff, Zachary Ratcliff and Donald Jason Methvien; his siblings, Barbara Malone (Frank), Virginia Christian (Richard), Dewanna Christian (Robert), John Ratcliff and Narvel Ratcliff (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Edler (Ted), Lydia Hebert (Joey), Helen Edwards and Cecil Edwards Jr.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
