With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fonda Sue Wright Buckley (Livingston, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Buckley; her parents, Inez Bonner and Walter Wright Sr.; and her siblings, Jack Wright Jr., Bettie Flores and Patricia Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Staci Buckley and Troy Buckley; her brother Mark Wright (Rosie); her brother-in-law Roy "Spud" Taylor; and her grandchildren, Christian and Camryn Buckley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Satsuma Baptist Church (29880 S Satsuma Rd, Livingston, LA 70754). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Palmetto Cemetery (12680 Burgess Ave, Walker, LA 70785).
