With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Allen Hayles Sr. of Livingston, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hinson Hayles and Cannie Hayles; and his siblings, John "BoBo" Hayles and Barbara Homan. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Steele Hayles; his children, Hayley Hayles Matherne (Erich) and Jack Allen Hayles Jr. (Laura); his siblings, Sarah Garrett, Ruby Sager, Estelle Bartley, Joe Edward Hayles and Larry Hayles (Penny); and his grandchildren, Peyton Matherne (Ana Grace Hardison), Reed Matherne, Rylee Hayles and Gracie Hayles.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center or the Prostate Cancer Foundation in honor of Mr. Jack.
