He is survived by: his wife Angela Dowdy; his children, Amy Dowdy, Jareson (Sierra Dowdy), Audrey Plauche, Jacob Guitreau and Blake (Elizabeth Dowdy); his grandchildren, Alexis Oubre, Landon Hollingsworth, Eli Harrison, Everleigh Dowdy, Greyson Dowdy, Caroline Plauche and Madelyn Plauche; his siblings, Debra Jo (Steve Thornton), Rebecca Way and Jason Dowdy; his friends, Mark Lawrence, Dale and Teresa Poucher; Elisha, Duck Wascom, Denise, Jason Watts, Chris, Ginger Way, Christina Way and Tyler Dowdy. He is also survived by 5 nieces, nephews, 10 great-nieces and nephews; 4 great-great-nephews.
