He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Evans and Pearl Evans; and his siblings, Roger Evans and Dorothy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lott Evans; his daughters, Cheri Evans Smith (Cecil Smith) and Debi Evans Davis (Troy Davis); his grandchildren, Cade Smith, Carisa Smith Guillory (Blaine Guillory) and Grant Davis; and his great grandchild Iris Guillory.
