She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel Guerin Jr. and Lorraine Blanchard Stallings; her significant other Randy Leon; her children, Heidi Merrell Bates (William) and Mark Merrell Jr.; her daughter-in-law Amy Broussard Merrell; her grandchildren, Addison and Mason Merrell; her sister Suzanne Guerin Bergeron; her sister-in-law Judy Merrell; and her niece Angelle Bergeron.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Niland's Funeral Home (3508 LA-78, Livonia, LA 70755).
