With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Joseph Orgeron Sr. of Lockport, Louisiana, who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Sr. Orgeron and Noelie Orgeron; and his siblings, Freddie Jr., Wilton Orgeron, Bertha Hebert and Marie Orgeron.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna H. Orgeron; his sons, Johnny Jr. (Jami) and Shane Orgeron; and his grandchildren, Ellenore, Rowen, Warner and Everette Orgeron.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Falgout Funeral Home (600 Church St, Lockport, LA 70374). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church (333 Twin Oaks Dr, Raceland, LA 70394). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Holy Savior Cemetery (612 Main St, Lockport, LA 70374).
In lieu of flowers; the family asks for donations to be made to Relay for Life of Lafourche in honor of Mr. Johnny Orgeron's resilient and courageous eighteen-year battle with cancer.
