He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Loupe Sr. and Eula Parr Loupe; his siblings, Paul, Rickey, Hubert Loupe, Jr. (Helen) and Genevieve Galiano (Robert); his in-laws, Jessie and Hilda Adams; and his brother-in-law Weldon "Chunky" Triche.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Adams Loupe; his sons, Kirt M. Loupe (Paula), Kyle J. Loupe (Kate) and Keith A. Loupe (Mandy); his grandchildren, Trent Loupe (LeAnna), Lindsey Loupe (Jordan), Kane Loupe (Courtney) and Kyla Loupe (Kade); his siblings, Daniel Loupe (Dianne) and Lou Ann Triche; his siblings-in-law, Morlan Adams (Patsy), Pat Loupe, Dolores Adams and Helen Loupe; and his aunt Rita "Sis" Bonvillain. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
