He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Cotton" Stephens and Jewel Gaston Stephens; and his siblings, Debbie Bronson and Thomas "Tony" Pinion. He is survived by: his wife Brenda C. Stephens; his son Peter Stephens (Amy); his grandson Mylon Stephens; and his brother Elton Rodney Stephens (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
