We bid farewell to Mary Mac Thompson of Logansport, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Mary Mac touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen McCasland and Elizabeth McCasland; and her brother William "Bill" McCasland (Robin). She is survived by: her husband Tom Thompson; her children, Ben Daily (Kelly) and Robin Achée (Chris); her grandchildren, Jackson Daily (Aaliyah), Joshua "Sam" Daily, Sophy Claire Moon (Christopher), Elizabeth Achée and Collin Achée; her nephew Neil McCasland (Susan); and her nieces, Beth McCasland and Alyson Casey Ramesh (David).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (401 Gum St, Logansport, LA 71049). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at the O. E. Price Cemetery (2601 Old Mansfield Rd, Logansport, LA 71049).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to First United Methodist Church Logansport Building and Believer Fund, P.O. Box 177, Logansport, LA 71049.
