He is survived by: his father Issac Blue; his wife Tommie Blue; his sons, Rusty Hall (Lori), Tommy Hall (Lorrie) and Mike Hall (Lorraine); his sisters-in-law, Nancy Blue and Margaret Wynn; his brother Jimmy; his sister-in-law Carolyn Elliott; his nephew Richard Blue; his niece Rebecca Blue; and his grandchildren, Zach Hall (Brittney), Luke Hall (Larryn), Leah Sarpy (Russel), Jake Hall (Lauryn), Katie Bufkin (Aaron), Jaeson Hall (Mary), Jeremy Hall (Lauren), Libby Hall and Hannah Carter (Mikel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
