She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Kingham and Annie Caroline Kingham (Barnes); her husbands, Clifford Montgomery and Calvin Childress; her son Gary Dale; and her siblings, Beuna Davis, Flossie Ruth Weston, Clara Belle Parsons, Donna Luthy and Raymond Kingham.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Lucy Montgomery), Sheri (Bo Williamson) and Johnny (Ann Montgomery); her stepdaughters, Sharon (Peter Gelfand) and Carol Offield; her grandchildren, Mark, Jason, Jennifer, Gary, Joseph, Kiki, Karissa, Kayla, Lindsey, Cindy, Christy, John, Lane and Brandy; and her brother Dale Kingham. She is also survived by 23 Great Grandchildren and 18 Great Great Grandchildren.
