He is survived by: his wife Linda Fugate; his children, Jeffrey Fugate Jr. (Yvette) and Brook Kornegay; his grandchildren, Donovan Hicks, Ryan Kornegay, Savannah Norville, Alexander Fugate, Garbielle Fugate and Benjamin Fugate; and his great grandchildren, Angel Kornegay and Elaina Norville.
