He was predeceased by : his parents, Neal Powell and Mary Frances Dickerson Powell; his brothers, Jerome D. Powell, Perrin D. Powell and Harlan R. Powell; and his daughter Julie P. Rozman.
He is survived by : his wife Beth Dubuc Powell; his daughters, Rebecca Powell Lartigue and Karen Powell; his sons-in-law, Jure Rozman and David Lartigue; and his grandson Adam A. Rozman.
