He is survived by: his wife Paula Hayden Cutrer; his sons, Richard "Ricky" Cutrer, Jr. (Jeanie) and Kevin Cutrer (Michelle); his stepchildren, Stacy Haase, Kamie Harper (Caleb) and Jamie Clark (Christine); his grandchildren, Blaine Cutrer, Amberly, Andrew Cutrer, Christa, Logan Cutrer, Seth Cutrer, Bethany Dunn (Caleb), Emiley Kinchen (Ross), Lexi Ammerman (Luke), Mason Haase, Ella Haase, Avelyn Harper, Nadya Harper, Iyla Harper, Sammy Mercado, Hannah Mercado, Caleb Clark, Nathan Clark and Tessa Clark; his great grandchildren, Alyse Dunn, Luke Dunn, Levi Dunn, Myla Kinchen, Vada Kinchen and Hudson Joseph Cutrer; and his sisters, Carol Ann Cleveland (Ira) and Shirley Mae Newcomb.
