She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Robert "Bob" Bissette; and her children, Charles Robert Bissette, Richard Wayne Bissette and Jimmie Lynn "Penny" Bissette. She is survived by: her daughter Linda B. Vincent; her son-in-law Cary; her grandchildren, Emily V. McElrath (Christopher) and Andrew Vincent (Isabella); and her great grandchildren, Jaimeson McElrath and Cael McElrath.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Luling, her spiritual home for many years.
