She was predeceased by : her husband Charles J Hymel Sr.; her parents, Francisco Medina and Altagarcia Medina; and her siblings, Francisco "Chico", Pueblito Lee, Manuel, Joseph Valentine, Raphael "Pee Wee" and Margarita Mendez.

She is survived by : her sister Carolina Durapau. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
