It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neva McCain Thompson of Luling, Louisiana, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband A. B. Thompson; her mother Muriel Lemley McCain; and her siblings, Gladwell, Dalton, Elvis McCain, Melva Groom, Janet Alston and Bobbye Parker.

She is survived by : her children, Debbie Brewer (Bill), Tony Thompson (Debra), Jeff Thompson (Jan), Steve Thompson (Susan) and Marc Thompson; and her brothers, Doyle McCain and Dwain McCain. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
