It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy James Mayeux of Luling, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the echoes of fond remembrance, may we find a sense of peace, knowing that the memories we hold dear will continue to shape and inspire us, keeping Timothy James' spirit alive in our hearts and actions. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness we show others and the joy we find in the ordinary moments of life.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Dawn De Gruy Mayeux; his daughter Kathryn Elizabeth Mayeux; his parents, Barbara Jean Richard Mayeux and James Edward Mayeux, Sr.; and also Francis Chan. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Celebration Church (3550 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA 70065). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
