He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Joseph Banks, Sr. and Wanda Barker Banks. He is survived by: his daughters, April Davis (Jarmall) and Ashley Batiste; his stepchildren, Danaya Davis, Dalaceia Small (Lorio), Derrion and Dervon Davis; his siblings, Shanell Jones (Darnell), Stacie Banks, Vanessa McKarry, Eddie J. Banks, Jr. (Lori), Wendell Banks (LaQuaita) and Kendell Banks; his godchildren, TiShari, Cola, Taja Franklin and Makayla Johnson; his aunts, Murnell Hatton, Mary Ann Belvin, Barbara Jean Rixner, Linda Williams, Willie Nell Tabor (Anthony) and Sandra Barker; and his uncle Charles Ray Williams. He is also survived by ten grandchildren. and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
