He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Marshall and Estella Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Floyd A. Marshall, Jr., Christopher Marshall, Sr. (Patricia), Dr. Eurydice Lang (Herb), Ashley Marshall, Sr. (Tamika) and Andrew Cola, Jr. (Erica); his stepchildren, Lori and Lamar Ellis; and his sister Cleo Marshall Eugene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Floyd was a member of the following social and pleasure clubs: The Esquires, Social 25, Lutcher-Gramercy Civic Club, the Winbush-Chriswell Scholarship Foundation and St. James Parish Retired Teachers Association.
