He is survived by: his wife Janet Blouin; his children, Brett Blouin (Lindsay) of Baton Rouge, Joshua Blouin of Hammond, Jared Blouin (Emily) of Baton Rouge and Lindsay Friar (Devin) of Houston; his grandchildren, Henry Blouin, Clarence Laine and Claire Friar; and his siblings, Denise Booth (Calvin) and Paul Blouin (Florence). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
