Cooley II of Madisonville, LA; and his siblings, Bishop Norris L. Cooley Jr. of Lancaster, TX, Cedric T. Cooley of Texarkana, TX and Susan Cooley Johnson of Duncanville, TX. He is also survived by Grandchildren: 2 loving grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Haynes Mortuary, Inc. (7238 W 7th St, Texarkana, TX 75501).
