He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Vangundy; and his stepfather Jeff Vangundy. He is survived by: his father Jerry Blaylock of Lavaca, Arkansas; his wife Kimberly Blaylock of Madisonville; his brother Ray; and his sister-in-law Amy Blaylock of Madisonville, Louisiana. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and eight great-nieces and great-nephews.
