He is survived by: his wife Kristin Sanchez Billiot; his children, Rachel (Parker), Juliana and Jonah; his father Rickey Billiot (Connie); and his siblings, Scott Billiot (Erica), Brandy Billiot and Chad Billiot.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Lakeshore Church (15261 Brewster Rd, Covington, LA 70433).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made toward an education fund for Richard's minor children.
