Foley of Lafayette, LA; her mother Opal Holaway of DeRidder, LA; her sister Amanda Smith of DeRidder, LA; and her stepsiblings, Crystal Whitaker of DeRidder, LA, David Wiegand of Bradford, TX and Anthony Whitaker of DeRidder, LA. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

“I am in complete shock. Shiela is my cousin. I have not seen her in years and have always asked about her throughout the years. When you are children you have it in your head that we will all live forever. My heart is so heavy. God needed another Angel. Sending prayers to her family and my Aunt Opaline. RIP Shiela.
