She was predeceased by: her husband Danzel Davis Marcantel Sr.; her sister Janelle Ardoin; and her parents, Oban Fontenot and Zoe Guillory Fontenot. She is survived by: her son Danzel "Danny" Marcantel Jr. (Roxy); her grandchildren, Kristy Thibodeaux, Trey Marcantel and Logan Marcantel; her great grandchildren, Kaygun Fontenot, Kaelyn Marcantel, Blayklee Thibodeaux, A'nah Thibodeaux, Ainsley Marcantel and Layne Davis Marcantel; her great great grandchild Oliver Fontenot; Collin Courville.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Ardoin's Funeral Home (717 6th St, Mamou, LA 70554). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
