He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jack and Mary Serie Jack; his siblings, Reverend Freddy Durgain, Rodgers Jack, Irene Bellard, Earnestine Thomas, Inez Stuart and Dorothy Jack; and his grandson Sebastian Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Gilda Frilot Jack; his children, Danny Frilot (Daphne), Curtis Jack, Jr., Angelina Jack and Danielle Frilot; his grandchildren, Justin, Vashawn, Hailey, Jermaine, Alexis, Layla and Makayla; his great grandchildren, Amaya, Princten, Serenity, Skylyn and Valien; and his sister Jenelle Stagg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Word of Faith Gospel Church (6126 Veteran Memorial Hwy, Mamou, LA 70554). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
