It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Mae Brignac Bertrand of Mamou, Louisiana, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, Angela Bertrand Bellow (Jerome David Bellow) and Clarence Perry Bertrand; her granddaughters, Alicia Bellow Franklin, Nichole Bellow and Melissa Bellow; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Franklin and William Franklin.
