Funeral service for Jeanie Marie Celestine, 63, will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 11:00 P.M. at Word of Faith Full Gospel Church in Mamou, Louisiana with visitation observed from 9:00 A.M. until time of service. Burial will be at Word of Faith Memorial Gardens in Mamou, LA Rev. Adrian Thomas will officiate the ceremony. On Monday, March 13, 2023, at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice, LA, Jeanie was escorted from her earthly home to her eternal home. Cherishing her memory will be her son: Albert Watson Jr. of Mamou, LA; one daughter: Ashley Celestine of Mamou, LA; four sisters: Orelia Malbrew and Nancy Celestine of Mamou, LA; Rose Richard and Jean Seraille Of Vidrine, LA; three brothers: Freeman Celestine of Point Blue, LA, Rogers Celestine and Erliss Celestine Jr. of Vidrine, La eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Owens-Thomas Funeral Home Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
