With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralland Ray Boone Sr. of Mamou, Louisiana, born in Eunice, Louisiana, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Alexon Boone and Lorena Boone; his wife Barbara Boone; his son Jimmy Wayne Boone; and his great grandchild Tucker Thompson.

He is survived by : his children, Ralland Boone, Jr. (Anne Marie) of Prairieville and Lori Boone Irmen (Patrick) of Abbeville; his grandchildren, James Boone, Ashton Nichols (Josh), Hunter Boone, Garrett Thompson (Hannah), Taylor Thompson, Trisha Maxey (Josh), Britni and Caleb Lollis; his siblings, Charles Boone of Gonzales, Myrtle Meaux of Houston, TX, Diane Belfour (Leander) of Eunice and Patricia Bergeron (Clay) of Duralde; his pet Raine; and also, Michelle Merwin, DeNece Coleman, Todd Lollis, Colton, Nash, Miles, Stone, Sawyer, Taylor Boone, King, Amilliah and Tevn.
