He is survived by: his son Jason Chretien (Jaime) of Montgomery, Texas; his grandchildren, Ashton, Holden, Garrett and Sarah Chretien; his siblings, Dorothy Arceneaux, Aniece Linda Smith, Cora Chretien, Helen Chretien Lee, Tina Fontenot, Martin Fontenot (Thelma), Roger Chretien (Laura), Joseph Chretien (Virginia) and Gregory Chretien (Pam); his cousins, D. L. Fontenot, Thelma Fontenot Martin and Alfred Fontenot; and his wife Belinda Pyle Chretien.
