He was predeceased by: his parents, Annalee Miller and Elias Miller; his son Jeremy Miller; his nephew Joshua Miller; and his sister Diana Douget.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly, Mike, Jordan, Sunnie and Windie. He is also survived by his grandchildren and siblings.
