He was predeceased by: his parents, Burna Mae Fuselier and Joseph Lee Manuel; his brother Donald Manuel; and his grandchild Kami Manuel. He is survived by: his children, Pauline Hebert, Broady Manuel, Benjamin Manuel and Joshua Manuel (Katielynn Manuel); his sisters, Debra Fontenot, Lynnette Douget and Annette Manuel; and his grandchildren, Matthew Hebert, Christian Hebert, Jaden Manuel, Brennan Manuel, Allison Manuel, Courtney Manuel, Tucker Manuel and Lainey Manuel.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 609 Poinciana Ave, Mamou, LA 70554.
