He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris McGee and Amanda Marcantel; and his brother Paul McGee. He is survived by: his children, Cassie Dardeau (Tyler), Merranda Stringer (Jamie) and Robbie McGee (Cameron); his grandchildren, Layten, Emeri, Kree, Ryder, Kannon, Tye and Elijah; his siblings, Rickey McGee and Belinda Childress (Wesley "Wes"); and his goddaughters, Tasha and Kayla. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ardoin Funeral Home (717 6th St, Mamou, LA 70554). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Reed Cemetery.
