She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Russell and Elizabeth Agnus Fank Russell; her husband Marvin Ray Halbrook; her son Brandon Michael Halbrook; and her siblings, Floyd Russell and Marilyn Russell Larmeu.
She is survived by : her children, Matthew Halbrook (Rebecca) and Kelly Halbrook Bement (B. J.); and her grandchildren, Rachel Elizabeth Halbrook and Tristan Michael Halbrook.
