Applewhite (Dianne); her siblings, Maxine Wheat Foreman, Lisa Wheat Thigpen (Anthony) and Kenneth D. Wheat; and her great grandchildren, Drew Sandifer (Joley Fortenberry) and McKayla Sandifer Phelps (Jordan). She is also survived by four great-great granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews that she loved and treated as her own grandchildren.
