He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Percy "Dick" Richards and Doris Richards; his wife Karen Hotard Richards; his children, Shields (Frank), Randy Richards (Denise), Daniel Richards and Caitlin Richards Heger (Sean); his grandchildren, Heather Garner, Branden Richards, Brooke Richards and Annabelle Heger; and his sister Adele Matherne. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
