He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Simeon Sr. and Mary Lou Simeon; and his wife Karen Anna Simeon. He is survived by: his son Floyd J. Simeon III (Melissa Rae Bennett); his grandson Floyd Simeon IV; his children, Scott Devin Simeon (Melissa Haney Simeon) and Stephanie Simeon Nealon (Timothy Nealon); and his brother Eddie Simeon. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church (1501 W Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70448). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery.
