He is survived by: his wife Judy Lewis; his children, Norma Nunez (Bruce), Pamela Bascle, Tammy Wood, Sean Lewis, Scott Lewis, Joshua Lewis (Nancey), Dwight and Steven Lewis; and his brother Don E. Lewis (Phebe). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
