Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lou Anna Elkins of Mandeville, Louisiana, born in Lawtell, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 90, on February 21, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Prejean and Roberta Le Bauve Prejean; her husband Alfred Sidney Elkins; her sons, Larry W. Vance, Andrew F. Funck, Robert Rene Funck, Michael Funck and Wallace E. Vance; and her siblings, Yola Richard, Wilda Fontenot, Lula Mae Babineaux, Etta Pat Smith, Lawrence Prejean, Alonzo Prejean and Martin Prejean.

She is survived by : her former life partners, Wallace Vance and Robert Funck. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
