She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Joseph Pittman and Dana Earline Phelps Pittman. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Tate; her sisters, Terry Pittman Hitchcock (Scott) and Shelley Pittman Lampard; and her nieces and nephews, George Lampard (Molly), Erin Hitchcock and Brett Hitchcock (Kristen). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
