He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Fischer and Whewellene Fischer. He is survived by: his sister Dr. Staci Fischer (Scott MacKay) of Bristol, RI; his children, Bethany Helbach of Lacombe, Brooke, Miles Fischer of Kenner and Haleigh Fischer of Mandeville; his stepson Mason Wineski of Mandeville; his former wives, Danielle Folse of Kenner and Leigh Ann Cindric of Mandeville; and his close friend Tracey Helbach of Lacombe.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Funeral Home (450 Holy Trinity Dr, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Randy's name to any local or national charity benefiting military veterans.
