He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clinton and Ida Mae Bilbruck (Ambrose); his brother Gary Bilbruck of Palmyra; and his brother-in-law Russ Bill of Godfrey, Illinois.. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Lea; his daughter Deborah; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kelsey and Marissa of Australia; his sister Betty Ann Bill of Godfrey; his niece Kathy Stevenson (Drew); and his great-nieces, Juliana and Natalie of Alton, Illinois..
