She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cledament Bourgeois and Delores Margaret Nash Bourgeois; her friends, Jo Louise Pecoraro and Anita Tircuit; her brother Allen Marvin Bourgeois, Jr.; her brother-in-law Alexander Leo Hess Jr.; and her niece Mona Hess.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Bourgeois Hess of Morganza; her niece Jean Hess of California; her nephew Alexander Leo Hess, III (Frances); her great-nephew Corwin Alexander Hess (Amanda) of North Carolina; her nephew-in-law Gerard Wimberly (Mathilde) of Louisiana; her friends, Audrea Hicks, Sister Helen Prejean and Jane Menville; her caregivers, Chandria and Candence Jones; Peggy Ann West. She is also survived by many cousins including first cousins.
