He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Forrette and Sylvia Holt; and his siblings, Bruce, John, Jerry, Jeannie, Joann, Beth and Curt.
He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Jamie Burns (Brant), Phillip Forrette, Adam Forrette (Frances) and Brent Shaw; and his grandchildren, Jayden, Brady, Baker George, Christian, Bailey and James. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful, lifelong friends.
