He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Cain Hendrix; his children, Pam Hendrix, Tim Hendrix and Patrick Hendrix; and his siblings, Hettie Ann Hastings, Jurd Lee and James Emmett "Imp" Hendrix. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
