She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Helton (Craig) and Alicia "Lisa" Hale; her grandchildren, Gregory Baxter (Saira), Cody Baxter, Bradley Hale (Mandy) and Leeann Hale; her great grandchildren, Taylor Hale and Kelly Hale; her sister Louise Collingsworth; and her close friend John Sledge.
