With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Sloan (Mansfield, Louisiana), who passed away on March 25, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy John and Jessie Elizabeth Perkins of Mansfield. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Mae; his daughter Karen Denise Sloan; his brothers-in-law, Allison Goldsby and Selvestion Jimes; his son Joseph Steven Sloan; his daughter-in-law Ellen Sloan; his granddaughter Whitney Paige Muse (Cody Muse); his son Jonathon Cole Robinson; his daughter-in-law Barbara Robinson; his grandchildren, Anna Grace Robinson and Scott Sloan Sistrunk; his sisters-in-law, Patsy Ann Jimes and Jaunice Goldsby; his nephew John; and his niece Cindy Nappier. He is also survived by daughters, and so many special friends.
